OUR GOAL WITH THE SURVEY: To learn about how people now connect with the STEP newsletter, how they'd like to connect, and how we might reach more people in town. All information will be kept confidential and summarized in anonymous ways.

ABOUT THE STEP NEWSLETTER. STEP is an innovative community toxics-reduction project, started in 2001 and implemented as a City-community partnership, at a very low cost. Every other month, a small group of local volunteers produce the newsletter, which is then distributed via City water bills for no added postage cost. Folks can also get the newsletter by email and see past issues online.

"It's your handy guide to less-toxic living!" STEP offers readers friendly and informative summaries of helpful information about the health and environmental harm of everyday toxics -- and the viable (and often cheaper!) alternatives. STEP's underlying mission is to help reduce our use and exposure to toxics in Sebastopol, thus creating a healthier and safer town for everyone.

Thank you for helping us learn more about how we can meet your needs and the needs of our community!

Together, we can make a better town -- and world!

Sincerely,
The STEP Newsletter Team
